ECM successfully completes the salvage of the 18m timber trawler Suzanne Ross, which sank in 23m of water off Great Keppel Island in July 2014. ECM’s tug Lismore and dive support vessel Independence 1 were despatched to site with a salvage team of 8 personnel under the command of ECM’s Salvage Master. In testing weather conditions, the wreck was recovered fully intact, with pollutants contained, and towed to a shore facility for disposal.
